REQUIRIMENTS: a. Proof of Induction Workshop (if it is the first time working in Pharmaceutical Regency, applies to those inducted into Pharmaceutical Chemists College from 2011 on). b. Professional History (using Pharmaceutical Chemists College format, only applies when already accredited as Regents). c. Proof of Solvency of Membership issued by the Accounting Department of the College of Pharmaceutical Chemists of Honduras. d. A copy of the Regency’s resignation (addressed to the contracting party) or in its absence, Notice of Dismissal and Termination (from the previous Regency) OBS: It must be signed and stamped bythe employer and the Ministry of Health (ARSA). e. Last Original Regency License (from the previous Regent and/or g.
